out of 5Arrived back from Cyprus where it was 22 degree to approx 2 degrees in Glasgow. After delays with the shuttle bus to hotel we were late for dinner in restaurant but were able to get a meal in the bar and the staff even arranged to put our cases in the room to save time...Excellent service. Room was excellent...Far better than some we have had elsewhere at higher prices. Only black mark is the shuttle bus service which the hotel needs to monitor ...The contractors are pulling a fast one by agreeing to handle the Normandy, Erskine Bridge and the Ramada and doing it all with only one bus in the evenings...This is impossible ...There were 28 of us off the Cyprus flight alone
