out of 5We travelled to Newcastle primarily to visit our son and girlfriend. He showed us the sights of Newcastle and it is worth while going. We also enjoyed a trip to durham and a trip to the seaside at Tynemouth.Plenty of places to eat in newcastle with everyones tastes catered for. Will definitely visit again.

out of 5Although the room was clean and very basic it was also very small. The corridor on the 4th floor where the room was, was very unkempt, the wallpaper had been removed and it looked very unsightly and carpets were worse for wear. In general the hotel was a bit run down and not at all like the pictures on the internet which, in my opinion, misrepresented it. The staff where helpful and friendly, however the level of noise from other guests was considerable at night and sleeping was diffcult.
