out of 5We stayed at the ramada encore as we were attending a concert at the racecourse. It was a short taxi ride away (cost about £6). Had an excellent meal at the pub opposite, very reasonably priced and a lovely breakfast in the hotel the next morning. All the staff we came across were very helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending or staying there again.

out of 5The hotel was very nice & clean close to racecourse. The breakfast could have been better with the buffet running out but there was a wedding on & haydock races. There was lots of mess from the previous nights activities. All in all the hotel was very nice.

out of 5Booked one night's accommodation at Ramada Encore Haydock, for a wedding trip. Location was far away from the wedding, but the hotel was very good. Nice, modern, clean room. Free wireless internet and phonecalls to national landline numbers. Nice en suite bathroom. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but not too bad. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and good quality food.Good staff - very helpful.

out of 5On the day of the races we travelled down to Haydock Ramada hotel and were happy with the hotel we had picked for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms spacious and light. The staff were very helpful and we believed we made a good choice. We had a lovely carvery at the pub next to the hotel and a great night out at the races. It was only during the night that we had problems as we didnt get a wink of sleep due to our room being near a main entrance to the rooms upstairs and were constantly awakened by people coming into the hotel rooms. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and apart from the fact we had no sleep we enjoyed our stay.
