So where do you start?
Stag weekend breaks need to be something that everyone will enjoy and afford.It may be great to want to fly off to Vegas for 5 nights of fun fuelled gambling with helicopter flights over the Grand Canyon, but let's be honest, who can afford that?
The Beginning
- Choose your date: Stag nights and weekends are normally 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding date. We recommend that you start planning early - 6 months before the wild weekend normally gives everyone enough time to save up, especially for stag weekends abroad.
- Choose the attendees: It is easy to fall into the trap of inviting all and sundry, select 10 to 30 close friends and family who you know you can rely on.
- Decide upon a budget: Be realistic! Chat with afew of the guys and get an idea of what people are happy to pay.
- Where to go: The budget may well dictate to a certain extent where you decide to go, especially if comparing stag weekends abroad to those in the UK. Ideally have a couple of places in mind.
- Activities: Whilst we know some Stags simply want a night or two away, many want to really push the boat out. We can offer a wide range of action packed add-ons to make your stag break one to remember. Perhaps Paintballing, Quad Biking, White Water Rafting during the day and comedy club or Party Bus in the evening.
The Middle
- Get in Touch: Our friendly team is on hand 6 days a week to help organise your event. Complete the enquiry form or give us a call on 0871 700 4407 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).
- Planning you event: We will discuss your stag hotels and accommodation options - whether you choose to stay in the UK or abroad. We can also arrange any transport or activity extras, which you may wish to add onto your booking.
- Payment: A deposit is payable to confirm your booking. Then the balance is due 12 weeks prior. We suggest you tell everyone to save a little each week! But, don't worry each member of your group can contact us separately to pay their final amount.
- Confirmation: So we have devised your perfect package and the deposit is paid - then you will receive your confirmation detailing your booking. With this is the booking conditions detailing the cancellation policy.
- Rooming List: Just so we know your party people are and we can let the hotel know, we will request a rooming list for your Stag weekend break approximately 2 weeks before your stay.
The End
- Pack your bags: Or rucksace, holdall or suitcase! Don't forget your confirmation. Remember if you're heading off overseas to take a photocopy of your passport and leave a copy at home with mum!
- Get on your way: Remember to meet up in plenty of time if you are travelling by rail or air! If we have arranged your overseas transfers please ensure you know where to go when you get to the arrivals hall - and don't forget to re-confirm your return transfer whilst in resort.
- Enjoy yourself: Whether you opted for hotel only or an action packed few days with wild activities we want you to enjoy yourselves. But please remember to consider other guests in the hotels/apartments you are staying in.
- Share the love: With hangover in tow and memories in abundance, don't forget to share your happy times with friends & relatives and let us have any feedback & photos.
