out of 5Generally it was indeed value for money. I was disappointed by the breakfast room for a 4* hotel. The tables were uncovered and looked tatty. Tea and coffee were served from dispensers into mugs (on each morning one mug was cracked). Other hotels provided cups and gave you tea and coffee at your table to serve yourselves. Copthorne's system may be cheaper for the hotel, but we felt that it let them down as a quality hotel.

out of 5The hotel was excellent but it was away from the city and surrounded by retail parks. However, access to main road is good for traveling further away from cardiff. The links into Cardiff city and the Bay are very good. The Bay is well worth visiting with many attractions, great views and many restaurants
