out of 5As we were checking in one of the staff was advising someone not to go on the first couple of floors because these were where they put the young groups and those who go out. We were put on the second floor and the one room was ok but the second room had a group of young lads next door and they were in and out of the room all night. We did enjoy our stay and we did have a few drinks in the bar later on in the evening which was nice as we were all sitting on the cosy sofas. Our room didn't include the breakfast so we paid £9.85 for a buffet breakfast and this was nice as they had full english and croissants. There was hot drinks and orange juice available. Nice stay overall :-).

4 Days In Birmigham

Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Had a great four days staying in central birmingham, great for shopping the theatre, music venues and art galleries. Definatley not short of places to eat. Places to suit all tastes and budgets from the baguette shop selling filled baguettes from 50p to the wonderful chic restaurants in brindley place overlooking the canal. Had afternoon tea at the city cafe @ the mint hotel which was fantastic and highly recommended if you love tea and freshly baked caked we also had a great meal in chinatown beats any of those in the main shopping areas and a fantastic carribean meal at cuizene located in chinatown. Caburys world was a bit of a let down but we got a great deal with hotel stay through Superbreak so in that respect was worth a visit. We had was travelled by train which was a stress free rather than by car. All in all had a great family break. .
