out of 5Was very pleased with hotel, near to motorway but far enough away to be quiet. Rooms good, lovely place. Easy to get to lots of venues due to location of motorway. Well looked after by staff. Leisure pool was very good as well.

out of 5My first visit back to S Yorkshire since moving to the south coast in August 2007, becoming seriously ill and needing major surgery, from which I am steadily recovering.My partner and I had a lovely few days visiting old friends, golf club, and shops.

out of 5We had been to the area before just last year and loved the scenery and the moors but most of all walking at the reservoir at Langsett.After breakfast on the Sunday of our visit the weather was good so we decided on visiting the reservoir again. Last year we had only managed to walk half way round as the ground had become very boggy and we knew it would be worse this year.As we went round we noticed the signs for the circular walk which took you up on the the moors. It was absolutely magnificent - the views, the moors and the sound of the birds. We will be back as I would hate to think I would never see it again.
