out of 5Just a very small comment - the soap and shampoo/wash dispensers were very difficult to operate if one has any problems with joints and repetitive strain! I forgot to bring any shampoo so spent at least 20 minutes endeavouring to dispense enough shampoo to wash just shoulder length hair, to say nothing of actually washing. By the time I had finished I felt exausted instead of relaxed from having a nice hot bath. I hasten to add that everything else about my stay was 1st class.

out of 5Hotel and fitness centre very good. Included evening meal fine, items not included in deal available extra £2.50 selection fine though for 'included'. Hever castle and chatham dockyard highly recommended. Overall a very nice weekend. Declined to pay the 'service charge' on bill for the included meal. That was accepted as fine, as it is 'optional'.

out of 5Lovely Weekend - Hard Bed!

out of 5Enjoyed 2 nights - received a warm welcome by reception; although they did try to upsell a better room to us for an extra £20 per night "as our room was right next to a wedding party". Hotel did not appear to be that full, so perhaps they could have assigned us elsewhere. Only other issue was that the bed was so hard - i suffer from sciatica and found it really uncomfortable. Have slept in many hotel beds around the world, but this was the hardest mattress I have ever encountered! anyway, we loved the location, hotel facilities, friendly staff and the restuarant food was good. A lovely weekend break in february.
