About this hotel
Situated just 10 minutes from the vibrant and exciting centre of Edinburgh the Ben Doran hotel offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. This recently refurbished Georgian listed hotel sits just outside the city, overlooking some of the fantastic architecture of Edinburgh and the surrounding hillside scenery.
With private parking at the Ben Doran and an excellent bus service passing nearby getting in and out of the city is hassle free. After a busy day visiting Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile, return to the Ben Doran for a relaxed and stress free evening.
Enjoy the elegant and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel’s Brasserie Restaurant, which serves up a mouth-watering menu of traditional dishes. After dinner why not have a free tea or coffee, which are always available at the Ben Doran, before heading off to bed.
When you finally make it up for the night you will find yourself in truly comfortable surroundings at the Ben Doran. Each spacious hotel room has been tastefully furnished and well-equipped with TV and DVD players in all rooms, WiFi internet, telephone, hairdryer and refreshments tray.
