out of 5Went to Glasgow shopping, booked into hotel room was good had food in hotel food was good the facilities was great the only thing was the strange lay out of rooms to bar.

out of 5Very comfortable hotel in a beatiful location but very convenient for road and rail links. Very friendly staff fantastic food and an absolute bargain.Super facilities in the hotel. Very nice pool for the kids and I used the gym which was a wee bit dated but Ok. Went skating and swimming in Greenock which was a great value day out at under 20 quid for a family of 4. The complex also has a fantastic gym.

out of 5The view was lovely from our Hotel, the recent snow added to it. We were there to do some shopping and visit relatives which we enjoyed. Next time we will visit the Museums etc.We enjoyed the train from Langbank to Glasgow, a good way to get into the city without having to look for a car park. We were collected from the station at Langbank, very good service.

out of 5Our short break was very pleasant but we did not get the family room which we had booked and a room on the on the ground floor because of my husband's limited ability to walk. The staff were very apologetic and helpful and gave us another double room. Unfortunately on the Saturday night my husband had a fall outside the bedroom door as the floor was uneven and he cut his arm and badly bruised his back.
