out of 5The hotel was clean and value for money. Unfortunately we had booked into the hotel for dinner on a saturday night and were not informed that the dining room would be closed. We had to set up a table in the bar section but the staff were inexperienced on what to do about meals for hotel guests. Otherwise the service was good.

out of 5WE booked this hotel because it was near my friends house and it was her birthday. It was themed Fancy Dress (Medieval Dress)so we got some odd looks as we left the hotel dressed as a King and Queen complet with crown and jewels.Our only gripe was that the taxi driver who returned us from the party over charged us (double price) and was totally lacking in personality. Other than that we would certainly stay at the hotel again.

out of 5Went to see World super bikes as we have before at Brands, usally stay at Hilton Dartford but its to big and impersonel compared to Park Inn Lakeside
