out of 5My overnight stay in cardiff was to view accomodation (ie rooms to let) as my son is moving to Cardiff to work. The hotel we stayed in was very nice and I would recommend this and would certainly stay there again. What I did see of Cardiff was very nice and a city I would visit again.

out of 5Excellent hotel, some three miles from the city centre. Car parking on the embankment was a very reasonable £4 for 10 hours. A short walk takes you into the main pedestrianised,city shopping centre. The castle is adjacent to the embankment parking. Also had a conducted tour of the millenium stadium. The guide was enthusiastic about his job and we thoroughly enjoyed this visit. We were told about the st fagins museum and on the recommendation of the good, patriotic, welshman who told us spent a whole day on the visit.

out of 5We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the reception. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night as we were attending a 50th birthday party at the university campus. Rooms excelent clean and restful , just the place to relax after a night out, location very quiet so got a good nights sleep.Every thing we needed was available. Will use the hotel again,.

out of 5Reception was very helpful on arrival and managed to organise a last minute family room as we had only booked a double. Room was comfy and clean. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was a bit frantic for a Sunday but the food was well cooked and presented. The only thing I would comment on was a huge bowl of open marmalade for your toast which had been used for an unknown nuber of sittings was the down side in my opinion.
