out of 5A good hotel - helpful staff and good range of breakfast offered. Only hiccup was being told we had booked a double room, when our slip clearly said "twin". Staff managed to find a twin for us though...Good job, as my poor sister's not had to share a bed with me since i was 8!! booked to see "jersey boys" separately brilliant!.

out of 5Ideal location to explore central London. Helpful staff, and room very quiet (as requested), a good size for a city and comfortable, though, like many hotel rooms, a bit of advice from an interior designer could improve the appearance! only had breakfast but that was good.
