out of 5The staff were friendly and the room was a good size. The bedding and towels were clean. Sadly, the hotel can do with a great deal of updating and a lot more tlc. The restaurant reminds me of a truck stop cafe, but there were no bad side effects.

out of 5A very nice hotel in a lovely old and characterful building. Many attractions nearby and of course startford upon avon is always worth visiting. Just be careful and check whether the hotel has a wedding going on which i imagine could dominate everything!.

out of 5My wife and i stayed here for a christmas gift and were treated to a beautiful meal and fantastic treatments in the spa. The staff were so helpful and can't do enough for you, everything was extremely high quality i would totally recommend a stay here!.
