The Superbreak Customer Rewards Scheme has been rewarding our client’s loyalty successfully since January 2006 and we have helped thousands of people to enjoy their ‘free short break’. Our promise is to continue to do so as a Thank You to our clients for their continued loyalty with Superbreak.

£30 Discount Voucher

Superbreak Customer Reward Programme Discount Voucher
  1. After you have made your first 5 qualifying bookings since 1st January 2006, we will send you a £30 discount voucher.
  2. The voucher is still valid for a booking within the following 3 months with a minimum value of £100. Please note, your date of travel can be outside 3 months.
  3. The voucher will contain a unique voucher reference number. To make a booking on this site and obtain your discount, simply enter this reference number during the booking process. If booking by telephone, please call 0871 221 4444 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) and quote the reference number to your Reservations advisor who will then apply the discount.
  4. Discounted bookings and bookings through third parties do not qualify. Please see full terms and conditions for full details.

Free Break

Superbreak Customer Reward Programme Free Break
  1. When you have made 10 qualifying bookings, since 1st July 2005, we will write to you advising the amount we will refund to you on your next break, this being the average value of your previous 10 bookings.
  2. Make your 11th booking, which can be for any amount, on this site or via Reservations (0871 221 4444 - (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras)). You will need to pay for this in full at the time of booking before receiving an equivalent reward to the amount stated in your letter.
  3. We will automatically detect that your 11th break has been booked and will send your equivalent reward out in the post within 28 days of the booking being made.
  4. If for any reason you do not receive your equivalent reward (e.g. we do not pick up your booking as it was made under a different name/address to your previous breaks) within 28 days of making your booking, please email the Marketing department (marketing@superbreak.com) or call 0871 221 3366 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).
  5. The value of your 11th free break can be more or less than the amount you will be rewarded. We will still send you a cash equivalent reward for the average value of your previous 10 bookings.
