out of 5The hotel was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My sister is temporarily disabled and the staff were most helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Dickens world is very interesting and fun for children. Disabled friendly; friendly and helpful staff.

out of 5We stayed at the Encore Ramada in Chatham. The car park was hard to find as it was dark and we did not see any signs and you had to go through part of the dockyard which was also very dark.The hotel staff were very good. Dickens World was a superb intro to the life & times of Charles Dickens but only needs half a day
