out of 5We always have a good stay at the met, the staff are always pleasant, and the breakfast is really lovely. We were on the fifth floor and we had a very spacious room. We will continue to stay at the met.

out of 5While the staff were polite and helpful in the hotel, the state of repair and quality/size of room was of a very poor standard. They charge 4* prices for drinks, yet the bar is very small and never manned resulting in having to look for a member of staff to serve. The room was tired and the bathroom has poorly maintained taps, mould around the bath with a saturated bath panel and a poorly fitting shower screen resulting the the bathroom floor being soaked after every shower.

out of 5We had booked to go to opera north in Leeds. It was our first visit to the city and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful shops, a good art gallery, plenty of restaurants, and lots of nearby attractions. Hotel metropole was an excellent choice and very reasonably-priced. The price through Superbreak was the cheapest we came across; even cheaper than the hotel's own price. The hotel was five minutes walk from the entrance to the railway station, and within walking distance of the city centre attractions. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. Good night's sleep. We would recommend the met, Leeds and Superbreak!.
