out of 5As title suggests we spent 3 days touring sights in the area. We were fortunate with the weather and had an enjoyable time. We would like to emphasise that whereas the hotel was only ok, the standard of evening meals was superb and at very reasonable cost. So much so that we didn't look for anywhere else.

out of 5Very squashed for a family of four, more room in a travelodge. Bed not very comfortable. Tea and coffe supplies minimal for four people. Otherwise ok.

out of 5Hotel and staff were great, our friends had noisy people in the adjacent room and although they couldn't be moved because hotel was full the people were asked to keep the noise down. We go away several times a year and this was by far the best evening meal we have had in a hotel. Good portions for my hungry husband. Lovely surroundings.

out of 5Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the head waiter who made us most welcome and was excellent with my children, giving them party hats and crackers to accompany our meal. Food at restaurant was good and service excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel is very child friendly and I would most definitely stay there again.

out of 5It was great. Relaxing and interesting with great weather The breakfast rtoom was rather gloomy and we were always seated at one rather dark end rather than being allowed to spread out in the room and sit where the windows were!
