out of 5The hotel was very clean and friendly, the breakfast was another thing, not enough staff the one that were there were rushed off their feet and waiting for food to arrive on the buffet, I know drinks cost more in hotels but i felt £5 for two fruitshoots for the children was a bit much.

out of 5Main reason for weekend break was wife and daughter wanted to visit the new Westfield shopping complex. Same as most modern shopping malls. However, also visited Museums and Art Gallery which were all worth a visit - (all three run by Derby council are free entry).

out of 5We stayed in the Mickleover Court last year whilst visiting Alton Towers for a short break, and the hotel facilities, staff, room etc. were excellentWe decided to stay again this year and recommended friends, the hotel was still ok, however, we ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was extremely poor, one of the meals the steak was obviously off, he had a rank smell and a far worse taste, the cheesecake that two guests had for dessert were much the same. We were very disappointed and did tell the hotel at the time and once again at time of departure.

out of 5We have stayed at this Hotel for the last 4 years because it has excellent facilities, good staff and is of a very high standard all round!My son visits Warhammer World and the trip is all about this, we stay at this Hotel every year as it gives us first class service
