out of 5A really brilliant day and one I would highly recommend. Visited shakespeares home, looked at some funny quirky little shops, visited the rsc theatre, had morning coffee and cake and pub lunch. All good value for money..... A truly wonderful day and we will certainly return again.

out of 5One of us had the rump steak in the hotel restaurant. It was inedible - like chewing gum - and other diners reported the same. To the hotel's credit, they were apologetic and refunded the cost, but it still spoiled the evening.

out of 5On the first day room was clean and lovely, however despite maid service waking us up at 6am on a sunday our room wasn't cleaned, toileties weren't replaced and our bed wasn't made. Couldn't hear the traffic from the main road outside and the food was lovely.
