out of 5Visited this attraction as a family having heard so much about it. Wonderful occasion but very, very busy, even crowds around at 11.30 pm! would recommend anyone going in future years to be patient and prepared for a long but very rewarding haul!.

out of 5Great hotel in a prime position, staff great and so friendly. Lovely leisure facilities. Really enjoyed durham so much, we were very lucky with the weather!! Durham cathedral a must and climb the steps to the top of the tower!! try a river cruise also visit the castle and beamish a must!! Durham is so nice and the locals are really lovely people. We shall return.
