out of 5We stayed in Taunton for the cricket for 3 days, we love Taunton anyway its peaceful, clean and a friendly place to stay. We stayed at the Corner House hotel which is on a main road and because the weather was lovely we had to leave the window open which kept us awake, however any other day it wouldn't have been a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were a tad small but very clean, good bathroom, but what made it special its the first hotel were they provided good mugs for the coffee and the milk that was kept in the fridge was a good size carton and complimentary. The hotel was a very short walk to the town centre. Definitly a place we wouln't think twice about going to again. Well done Corner House hotel.

out of 5Met up with family.Noisy room over the archway. Ate out Sat at the Blackbrook pub which is the opposite side of the M5 from the hotel.Very good

out of 5The hotelwas excellent to say it comes in the low budget hotels it had 4* accomodation and service.Wehad our own iron plus ironing board, a small fridge with 2 complimentry bottles of water each day and a 1pint of fresh semi skimmed milk, we requested some extra t-bags and where left an extra handful would recommend the hotel to anyone. It even has it's own hair salon where I was able tohave my hair done prior to the wedding - very impressive. The breakfasts where second to none.
