out of 5Hotel was in good location for walking into Bournemouth. Room was very tired bathroom definately needed updating. Staff were excellet food was good but did not like buffet style dining.

out of 5Booked a 4 night break, but the weather was so good we stayed an extra 2 nights, but we insisted on changing rooms, our room was on the 4rd floor, in the loft and it was awful. The heathlands hotel is not a 3 star, at best it is a 2 star.
