out of 5Best hotel for the shops, and plenty of places to see and do, and because its central near shops and the bullring you can easily walk or take a bus or train anywhere. The hotel bar and restaurant are lovely and friendly staff, are all you need on a break. I would recommend it and go back to the same hotel.

out of 5Birmingham is great for shopping and the surrounding attractions were very good. The hotel is old and the picture used is old, the bedroom was tiny, top surfaces clean but edges and ledges dirty, food not very good but staff lovely. Fire alarm by my bed flashed 24/7 and it kept me awake, its noisey in the centre of Birmingham at night. We would recommend Birmingham just not the hotel.

out of 5Very central for shopping in Birmingham. Car park very near hotel. Although not being used to city traffic myself I had difficulty finding the hotel and car park. I would find a hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham if i was visiting cadbury world again.

out of 5The hotel was very central my single room was very dark as it looked into a lane shaft but comfortable enough and clean though rather noisy. Breakfast was obviously cooked ready for 7am so was cremated by 9am, but plenty of variety. Birmingham is a lovely city with so much to do and see the floral displays were outstanding and being greeted by the friendly lady mayoress on the steps of the council house made it a trip to remember.
