out of 5Good, short break. Saw many sights, although a weekend wasn't long enough to see everything. Self-catering appartments were nice and spacious, although shower had brown stains on the wall. Overall, a nice weekend.

out of 5We had a brilliant stay ---with an added bonus of hot weather in september. Loads to see and do, places to eat and drink --- especially good for us as vegetarians. Hadn't realised how close city was to countryside eg arthur's seat. Definitely put edinburgh on a par with prague etc. Apartment itself and facilities were very good but lots of noise from traffic and bar opposite. Could do with better windows for ventilation and noise reduction.

out of 5From initial booking online to coming home the break was great. Could have done with a bit more advice on booking seats on the train from kings cross to edinburgh as it was packed and slightly uncomfortable. The hotel location was perfect and getting around by bus could not have been any easier. The royal yaught britannia was well worth a visit. A busy city with plenty to see. 3 nights was not long enough. The hotel apartment fountain court exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well furnished for a pleasant stay and secure. Just far enough on the edge of town to also be quiet.
