out of 5Booked in with ease. All details of our online reservation clarified. Staff offered assistance with our hand luggage - not required. Central to city, no car required and relaxed in pool as a family in the evening. Excellent, attentive staff with relaxed approach. The in room information and particularly the 3d picture city map was a winner. Colourful and included a bit of history. The children could identify areas of the city they needed to go past to get to the @bristol. Much better than a standard city map.
