out of 5It was a relief to be situated at Heathrow the night before an early long-haul flight and enabled me to reduce the agony of unnecessary terminal time and let me start my holiday in a relaxed state, rather than frazzled by a long, early hours drive, followed by three hours queueing at Heathrow and nine hours in the air. The hotel and room service were both fine and I would gladly use the hotel and parking service again, if the price was right. In this case I was travelling alone. Normally I would be accompanied by my husband and the per person charge would probably encourage us to go elsewhere despite preferring this hotel.
