out of 5We had a pleasant 2-day stay, while visiting nearby family and eating evening meals with them. Had some nice walks in the vicinity of the Hotel Bowden. I enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfasts were generous and tasty. The twin beds were tiny, but "ok." Room was clean.

out of 5We stayed at the Quality Hotel in Altrincham and the name itself must go against the Trade Descriptions Act. Our room was in the loft and was so hot because you couldn't turn off the radiator in the bathroom. The TV had no signal (other guests complained about this) and on the Saturday night they had a private party for school leavers who insisted on screaming in the car park for most of the night which was greatly annoying due to the fact we had to be awake at 6am the following morning to go to Royal Birkdale for the golf. Surely a staff member could have told them to keep the noise down? The only plus side was the location - only a short walk into Hale which boasted a wide range of restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay in the area again, but certainly not at this hotel!

out of 5The arrangements ran smoothly in all respects. Early start for transfer to the golf which gave us 12hours each day & it was well worth the effort. The Quality Hotel didn@t live up to its name as it was more than ready for a refurb. The staff were helpful and the evening m eal was very good.
