out of 5This hotel couldn't be faulted in any department - i've stayed in 5 star hotels which aren't as comfortable or as good at making their guests feel welcome. Service was pitched just right, without being at all over the top. The building its self is full of history and character, but rooms are tastefully brought up to modern standard. Attention to detail and cleanliness throughout were second to none, the breakfasts just superb, and the hotel's central made it convenient for all of the sights. Will definitely return!!.

out of 5Hotel in an excellent central location - just off the main square but in a quiet street. Front rooms overlook the canal. Hotel staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I recommend a short break to bruges and going out of season like we did during february avoids the crowds and you get a great deal for your money. Make sure you pack sensible shoes, there's a lot of exploring by foot to do and all that walking means you can eat more chocolate - did i mention the chocolate fountain at breakfast! and the homemade chocolate spread! you won't be disappointed.

out of 5Hotel extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom in pristine condition and very comfy bed. Breakfast superb as are the staff in the breakfast room. Cannot be faulted.
