out of 5Was visiting with family from canada and we had a lovely time at ayr. Hotel was ideal for trains, shopping etc. Very nice and helpful staff.

out of 5Enjoyed our trip top the newly extended robbie burns museum - cafe restaurant was excellent and gardens a must! We didn't realise how large his monument is. Station hotel recently refurbished, and although it would be grand in its day, it offers a poor standard today. My mums bed was in need of a new matteress and mine had a dodgy leg - so it rocked !.

out of 5Boiler in hotel broke down resulting in no bath or shower hotel recompensed with voucher for another nights b&b stay. Also available bar, not to our taste would prefer cocktail bar to always be available as during previous stays here. We visited as we were going racing at ayr racecourse good location for travel to and from racecourse with benefit of town centre stay for other restaurants etc.
