About Dreamboats & Petticoats
Inspired by the original series of bestselling compilation albums Dreamboats and Petticoats, this brand new musical extravaganza is a fun packed show full of great hits from the rock ‘n’ roll era. The story follows Norman and Bobby who are both trying to win the heart of their dream girl Sue by winning a national song writing competition. However, when Bobby discovers that the shy and quiet girl Laura is a whiz on the piano, love and rock ‘n’ roll fame is just around the corner.
Featuring a fantastic sound track of great artists such as Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, Chuck Berry and all the greatest songs of the 50s and early 60s, Dreamboats and Petticoats, Musical is perfect for any fan of rock ‘n’ roll. With colourful set designs, beautiful costumes and some superb dance numbers, Dreamboats and Petticoats is also the ideal show for any lover of traditional West End musicals.
