out of 5Excellent hotel ideally situated right in the heart of the city centre. 2 mins from bus station. Excellent rooms.Very good restuarant. Busy bar with entertainment. Great rooms and very helpful and accommodating staff. Thankyou and would definately recomend it.

out of 5A very disappointing hotel, at which I booked 3 rooms for conference delegates. The level of noise during the night meant a very disrupted night's sleep and the following night, after I had left, the other 2 delegates had to speak to the duty manager, for the same reason. Also they were charged for breakfasts (which had already been paid at the time of booking). This was then refunded, but indicates a lack of efficiency and customer care.
