out of 5This a basic tail, of a couple who arrived in Oxford, confused & wondering if they did the wrong thing & found to their suprise something better. We arrived in Oxford, travalling with the National Express coaches. Had no idea where the hotel was. All we knew was that it was situated in Thame, Oxfordshire. So we enquired at tourist information, who then said that the hotel was 20 miles away. We both considered cancelling the hotel & staying in Oxford. We then discided to go anyway. We catch a bus upto Thame, Oxfordshire which took 40-50mins to there. When we got off we asked where the hotel was. It was easy to see. As we went into the hotel, we could see that it was going to be worth the wait. Reached reception & shown to our room which was room 38 -which was quiet & non smoking-that I had asked for when I booked. This room had a garden which was shared with two other rooms, we were the only people who used that area to spread ourselves.The service & staff were very helpful & talktive & not closed off at all. We can not find any problems with the hotel. We hope that hotel & company that support it will do well in the future.
