Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5All in all an enjoyable stay, however problems when checking out both weeks and the receptionists did not understand that I had already paid through Superbreak and were trying to charge me for the room- they were convinced that using my card was only to authorise the payment and that no actual payment had been made- I had to bring my credit card statement with me to prove that it had. This should be made clearer to the hotels as can cause problems. Many thanks
