The Belgian city of Brussels is a beautiful and historic European destination with plenty of hotels in Brussels to choose from when exploring the attractions of this diverse city. Brussels is home to a wide range of architectural styles, from medieval to postmodern, and has many striking buildings including the Gothic town hall at the centre of The Grand Place. Many of the must see structures and attractions are on the doorstep of our Brussels hotels, including the popular Mannekin Pis fountain. Brussels is a fantastic cultural location, with over 80 museums for visitors staying in our Brussels hotels to explore, and galleries containing works from the Flemish masters and more. Well Situated Hotel

The hotel is in the financial district 15 mins walk from the centre. The reception staff are excellent and very helpful. Other staff in the bar restaurant seemed less engaged and uncomfortable towards the end of service. Make sure you are early for breakfast as the food and staff humour runs out in the last 30 minutes. The humour part is also true of the bar.

First Weekend Break In 2011

My wife and I chose brussels for our first weekend break in 2011. We have stayed in Brussels a number of times and each time we have chosen to stay at the hotel Leopold. It is comfortable, convenient and the food is good. We were granted a room upgrade because we are loyal returning customers. We stayed in room 712 which was most comfortable.

Brussels Re-Visited

A customerwho stayed at 4* Leopold Hotel Brussels in Brussels wrote this review.

Stay Date: 06/09/10

Overall Hotel Rating:

4 out of 5

My wife and i returned to Brussels for a regular weekend break and once again stayed at the Hotel Leopold. We stayed 3 nights and paid for 2 but the breakfast was not included on the third night. We had a suite for the same price as a normal double room. Excellent value which was achieved with a pre-visit e-mail to the hotel. We ate twice in the hotel brasserie and had very nice meals each time. The other meal was taken at an Italian restaurant in Place Jourdain and this was excellent. We have seen most of the places of interest in Brussels on previous visits so we were content to visit the Grand Place, Grand Sablon and Avenue Louise. Our visit coincided with the beer festival and this is held in the grand place and is well worth visiting.
