out of 5I booked a twin room and ended up with a double room, when we went to complain they said they had no twin rooms.

out of 5We stayed at the radisson edwardian. This hotel was beyond reproach and made our weekend even more special. The theatre show was fantastic and would go again. If you are travelling by train upgrade to first class will just make the whole package first class.

out of 5Hotel was easy to find despite the postcode not being in the sat nav. Hotel was stunning and staff really helpful. All documents said there were no health club facilities but there were which was a bit annoying as we didn't have any kit! o2 experience great. Ate at harvester as everywhere else was too busy but the food was good and the service was quick. Walked to canary wharf for shopping the next day which was really handy as able to leave the luggage and the car at the hotel.

out of 5Hotel was amazing and fantastic service and rooms very happy. It was 30 mins away from London centre but was extremely easy to find your way in on the tube. Fantastic location on the thames and nice to go to London but stay out of the centre away from it all. Car service was fantastic could not fault any part of hotel, it's rooms and the trip in general. Definitely will be recommending.
