out of 5An overall great weekend. The hotel was in a lovely position with great staff. We asked for a quiet room and that was what we got! added the rail ticket which was a real bargain and we would certainly do that again. Booked the theatre break and the inclusive tickets were very good. Just brilliant!!.

out of 5Great hotel. Excellent staff. Reasonable bar in hotel. Warren street underground right next door. Good location. Would highly recommend hotel. Central London all tourist sites.

out of 5Room was so small that you had to side step at the bottom of the bed to get to the other side, no good if you are a serious shopper. There was very limited storage space - 1 drawer and 7 hangers in the wardrobe as well as the iron and ironing board, bit limited on hanging space! breakfast was ok nothing special and fried eggs on day were practically raw! Not even that close to the west end - about 1 mile / 20 minutes. Only good thing was there were plenty places to eat and dring around and the tube station was on the corner of the road.
