out of 5This trip was wonderful, train, tube and hotel with breakfast included for 2 nights was such good value, the hotel was stunning, staff were great, pool , steam room and sauna faultless, perfect set up, straight into the lift with our robes on and into the spa would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, its in a lovely part of the city, nearest tube sloane square and kings road fabulous.

out of 5Drove up to town, easy parking £4 a day, mother-in-law babysat in an ajoining room, excellent arrangement. Close to 'wicked' performance, highly recommended. Staff at hoteL could not have been more accommodating especially as we had 2 children 1 & 3 who were messy eaters. Spa pool was a bit chilly for the kids but overall an excellent experience and birthday present for my wife.

out of 5This hotel was booked for my parents as a suprise for their ruby wedding anniversry along with with a trip to the pallidium theatre to see the wizard of oz. They reported a lovely hotel with good staff members and nice food. I was however, rather annoyed to hear on their return that the so called king size double bed that i had booked for them was actually two singles pushed together! be sure you get what you have paid for here.

out of 5Room was great with excellent views very comfortable bed and nice en-suite staff helpful and friendly, bar food excellent. Show was superb. All in all a very good stay.
