out of 5Park lane Mews was not up to expectations! I paid for a deluxe king double room and actually questioned the fact twice as to wether we had the correct room. It was very cramped with not even a chair to sit on! Nowhere to do hair as mirror over dressing table was replaced with television. The room was cold and there were no draws at all to accomodate clothes. The queue for breakfast was crazy and when we did get seated we were not offered tea or coffee, when we asked for tea we wished we hadn't, it was terrible! I asked to order a taxi for me and my young daughter to take us to the theatre in the evening and was told the taxi rank was up the road outside the hilton-thank you very much i'm glad it wasn't raining!.

out of 5Had a great weekend away, great hotel such a good location for tube and within walking distance of main attractions. Hotel was comfortable, small and friendly with a massive bed.

out of 5The leonardo exhibition at the national gallery was the main focus and we chose the hotel location for convenience. The exhibition was as usual excellent and well organised, fairly crowded but manageable. We also had tickets for jersey boys, also well worth seeing and to be recommended. The park mews hotel was very well situated for our needs, nice area with plenty of eating places/pubs in the shepherd's market area. Easy walk to west end theatre or bus ride, nice walk down constitution hill/green park to the leonardo exhibition sunday morning park mews hotel disappointing really. No-one on reception on arrival, breakfast area far too small for the number of guests, not enough staff generally. The bedroom was cold and served by one small oil-filled radiator. Not what i would call 4-star rating.
