out of 5Had a visit to cadbury world, a little disappointing, stayed at park iinn wolverhampton, very nice place to stay, clean spacious rooms, interconnecting room for families was excellent. Went to west midlands safari park, next day, loved feeding the giraffes.

out of 5The hotel and room seemed very nice as a first impression but we had a serious problem with the bed. The springs in the mattress had gone completely which made the bed really uneven and we had two dreadful nights sleep. We were unable to change rooms because the hotel was full. We complained to the reception that really the room was unfit to be let but that didn't help us. We were very happy when we checked out to get a good nights sleep elsewhere and of course we could not unfortunately return. The restaurant however was very good and i would say above average for a hotel restaurant.

out of 5I booked the overnight stay through Superbreak. They sent me all the relavent booking information. They just forgot to tell the hotel we were coming. The staff were excellent at the (full) hotel, offering us an upgraded room. There was only one folding bed available in the area for one of my daughters, my oldest daughter (10) had to sleep in a chair.
