out of 5The hotel was lovely, but unfortunately we booked two rooms for 2 adults and 1 child and they didnt have child beds set up and one of the rooms had twin beds and not a double as booked. We had to change rooms after 3 phonecalls to reception. We changed rooms to the front which is a noisy spot due to the nightclub across the road, and had them put the childrens beds into the rooms. Other than the initial issues, the hotel bar staff/reception were great. Another bonus was the £5 charge for parking (which i think is ridiculous bearing in mind you have to park as you have paid to sleep there!) was not charged due to the room errors. Cadburys world is "ok", not somewhere you would visit twice and doesnt last more than a few hours. Shame really.

out of 5I have used superbreak a few times now and i feel the service and hotel accommodation you get for your money is fantastic. The hotel i stayed in was located in solihull birmingham it was very child friendly, it is ideally located only a short walk across a road and you have all the shops restaurant and bars you could ever imagine all under cover and very safe and friendly .The hotel has a nice restaurant bar gym and swimming pool with saunas steam room and jacuzzi plenty of parking and friendly front desk staff more than willing to help with smallest of things fantastic. It's also only a ten minute walk and you have a train station and several busses to take you all over the city at a very cheap fair. From solihull to birmingham central it takes about 15mins on the train. My tip it's well worth the money treat your self....

out of 5A great treat for chocolate lovers, we visited cadbury world for my son's birthday. Very well organised and the chocolate handouts were a welcomed bonus!!! we took a picnic with us there were plenty of places to sit and the sun was shining - inside space if not! The hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful, especially when we had left our suitcase at home!!! Had dinner at the beeches bar and grill - fantastic food well worth a visit. A great time was had by all at a very good price will definitely do again.
