out of 5Found hotel on Website. Important for me that it would be close to T5, LHR. Caught a free bus from the airport to a stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Check in was busy but the staff dealt with queue quickly. I requested a quiet room with a bath and got that - all soaps, shampoo/condioner, bath oil and body lotion provided, as was a decent hairdryer. I was tired and had to be up early for flight so didn't have dinner as I'd already eaten earlier. Coffee and tea in the room. Internet very expensive, but one can get free wifi access at MacDonalds just over the road! My room was clean and had decent tv and ironing facilities. Had a look at gym - looked very good. My only negative comment is that the corridors had a horrid, stale smell which made me wonder if my room was going to be the same - fortunately not. I had a quiet, undisturbed night's sleep and next morning only had to wait 5 minutes (reception staff had advised me what time to be in the lobby) for a Hoppa bus, which took 20 minutes from door to door, via a few other hotel pick- ups. I'd be happy to use this hotel again.
