out of 5Fine for what I booked it for, an overnight stay after a Christmas party. The outside was not very inviting but the room was absolutely fine, staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the traffic noise but other than that it was fine.

out of 5Went to Notts for a friends birthday. Had lovley time but the hotel had a problem with their key card machine so we did not have keys for our room & had to go & fetch a member of staff whenever we wanted to go back into our room. The staff however were very friendly & helpfull & were on hand 24hrs. Only other problem was that the fire alarm went off 4 or 5 times in the night for no apparant reason so sleep was elusive!.
