out of 5This is our 4th time at this hotel, so it can't be bad - but it is the 8 days free parking we go for. The hotel is in decent shape for an airport hotel with pleasant, well-maintained rooms. The (italian) restaurant is adequate, but there is always someone with a complaint. Our main complaint this year is that staff on arrival said there would be no need to book the 6.30 bus to the airport next morning. However, next morning, it turned out that the bus had not been requested since no one had booked it! the morning staff sorted it out brilliantly - but black marks to the evening staff. This could have led to a catastrophic start to our holiday.
