out of 5Travelled down from berwick upon tweed on train. Had a bite to eat then went to academy for gig. Spent next morning shopping in Newcastle before catching train home approx 13.50. Enjoyable stay as normal always stay at jury's inn if possible.

out of 5Our trip to newcastle was great, the concert by andre rieu was excellent. However, checking in to jury's inn to be told that no booking has been made for you by Superbreak, and that the hotel was full, was less than enjoyable. Afraid that when the hotel blames superbreak, and superbreak blame the hotel, patience wears thin. Hotel came good, albeit by bumping someone else. Please get your mutual act together.
