out of 5we booked a de-luxe room at the hotel for 4 nights & were extremely dissapointed with the size &the maintenance of the room.beds were not made let alone changed during our 4 nights there.decorating was being carried out through reception stairs & corridors.in all it was a very poor choice of hotel & poor value for money.we will not be choosing holiday inn hotels again

out of 5Stayed at Holiday Inn Chester South - friendly staff, clean hotel, good condition inside, good sized family room. Restaurant staff were poor for evening meals though. Good pool, but playpark was closed.Visited Chester Zoo - large, lots to see but very expensive and they charge still more for the monorail.Further afield we visited Spaceport, just before the tunnel to Liverpool. Well thought out indoor attraction with a simulator and a film about astronauts projected on a domed ceiling, as well as hands on exhibits
