out of 5Whether you want the shops, the NIA, the museums or the o2 academy the Crowne Plaza is perfectly placed with all in walking distance. Hop off the train & take a short walk to the hotel & it's all there for you.

out of 5We stopped in the Crowne Plaza for a Saturday night whilst visiting jongleurs for my sisters birthday. The hotel was absolutly lovely and was only walking distance from Broad Street (which was alive at night) and the bullring. We had a good night out, stayed in a fab hotel and managed some shopping in the bullring the following morning. Have used Superbreak a few times now and will be using them again.

out of 5This hotel has a great location, excellent staff in all areas. Food well above average. No complaints whatsoever. Even had a choice of views offered from the bedroom window.

out of 5Visit was to attend the NCRI conference at the BCC. The journey was bad and tiring (train delays) so the warm and efficient welcome to the hotel was a comfort. Service, room and especially the very comfortable bed all exceptional. I hope to come back next year! Dinner and breakfast also excellent, better than an expensive restaurant which I will not name.
