out of 5Our 2-night stay included a meal on the first night which was very nice although there weren't many other diners. The hotel was very warm and inviting and has lovely decorations. Our room was comfortable and spacious but only had a view of the car park and roof. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast had a very good selection. The town centre was only a few minutes walk away. The only downside was a daily fee for the car park. Would definately stay again.

out of 5At short notice we booked a Sat & Sun night break at the barcelo majectic at Harrogate. The first impression of the hotel was wow! the room was warm and welcoming on a snowy day. Our stay included a free meal in the hotel restaurant, which had an adequate choice on the short menu available. The food was tasty and very well presented, attentive friendly staff and good wine at a decent price. Our stay was somewhat hampered by the deep snow for getting around, but what we saw will make us come back. The breakfasts we had were absolutely excellent. One criticsm, is that the hotel charge for car parking at £3.50 per night. Everything else about the hotel stay was excellent.
