out of 5Lovely old hotel room very nice but overlooking main road so noisy in evenings. Good location near train station, cinema, theatres, and centre for shopping. Also near to mmu for student visiting did not eat in hotel but menus looked very good.

out of 5We had a great time in Manchester that was spoiled by the hotel. The room was filthy, the bottom of the beds were worn out and there was a poor selection of refreshments in the room. Not what you would expect of a four star hotel.

out of 5We usually get the last train home from Manchester but as this was our anniversary we decided to stay over. We booked the hotel restaurant because the menu looked very good. Whilst the service was excellant the food was just okay, my husband thought that although everything was cooked as it should be, most of it was tasteless, mine was good, but not excellent. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were really good.

out of 5Weather was dreadful, but as we went to Manchester on the train into Oxford station, the Palace Hotel was in the right place. So handy. Have been to the hotel before and the staff were very helpfult. Food good. Show was great.
