out of 5We were looking for an overnight stop which was convenient for the eurostar terminal. This is perfect. No pre- travel anxiety, just a short level walk. The hotel is calm, stylish and smart. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. Though we did't book one this time, the executive rooms are even better. A good night's sleep. A relaxing start to the holiday.

out of 5Hotel great, close to st pancras and kings cross and easy access to the underground. 12th floor room gave super views and helped us to see land marks, such as st paul's, big ben.Tower and the london eye and helped us orientate ourselves.

out of 5Had a great trip. Arrived at 10am after a pleasant train journey. Novotel st pancras was a 5 minute walk from kings cross. Warm welcome at reception but room was not ready until midday so just left our cases. When we did check in later that day the room was clean and a good size. Tv, fridge, coffee making facilities, iron, hairdryer and some toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable but pillows extremely hard. Had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty to choose from. All delicious buffet style and topped up frequently. Staff all very attentive. Most memorable part of the stay was the trip to the theatre to see the jersey boys. This is only my second trip to London for 20 odd years and this time we did take in the show. It was really good and professionally done although tickets were expensive. We have had a lovely time and are hoping to return in the new year and take in another show with our children this time.

out of 5Thought the novotel st pancras was an excellent hotel. The staff & their customer service are worthy of praise, nothing was too much trouble. The one disappointment was our train to London being cancelled & the resulting overcrowding, health & safety issues. I have taken the matter up direct with virgin trains and await their response.

out of 5Went to camden lock on saturday. It was very busy but interesting. Part of it has been developed,mixing old architecture with new, it has a good feel about it. There are lots of little shops selling clothes, crafts, bags, jewellery, retro items etc. A must see! went to lille on sunday by eurostar. The hotel is next to st pancras international and is ideally situated. There are plenty buses that run past the hotel. If you don't already have an oyster card it would be a good idea to buy one from Superbreak before you go.
